Summary: Easy to find, very helpful staff with a great sense of humour on top of it, wonderful rooms, very comfortable beds, all what one may need was there. Nothing to pick on really. I am also gluten free and they had everything ready for me at breakfast time.

Summary: City hotel is perfectly located to amenities and public transport. Spacious clean rooms. Tea/coffee/milk/kettle and cold bottled water in fridge was an added bonus. Beds were very comfortable. No noise heard from the street and very peaceful at night. First hotel I've been to where i didn't hear doors banging and noise from other rooms. Breakfast was also very nice and plentiful. Very friendly and helpful at reception too. Would stay here again
